For me, locs have always been deeper than hair. They're patience. They're commitment. They're growth. They're a journey of learning yourself while honoring the crown you've been blessed with.
Whether you're just starting your loc journey, maintaining mature locs, or bringing life back to locs that have been neglected, my goal is to help you care for your crown with intention. I believe healthy locs begin with a healthy scalp, consistent care, and products that nourish rather than weigh your hair down.
I don't believe in rushing the process. Locs teach us that growth happens in its own time. My work is centered around helping you trust that process while giving your crown the care it deserves every step of the way.

All orders are handmade and processed with care. Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be prepared for shipping or pickup.
If an item is out of stock, you will receive an email with an updated timeline and information regarding when your order will be shipped or ready for pickup.
Refund Policy
Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of confirmed delivery.
Due to the nature of our handmade products, refunds will not be issued after the 3-day window has passed.
Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for a refund.

If you have known allergies or sensitivities, please contact us before placing your order. We are happy to discuss potential allergens and help determine whether a product may be suitable for you.

We believe in open communication and will provide updates regarding processing times, shipping delays, and out-of-stock items when necessary.
Please allow the stated processing time before requesting order updates.
Repeated messages, emails, or inbox requests demanding expedited processing outside of the stated timeline may result in the order being canceled and refunded at our discretion.

All products from LaDesza Bloodline Botanika are handcrafted in small batches. Variations in color, texture, scent, and appearance may occur and are a natural part of handmade products.

Weather & Shipping Disclaimer
Once your package has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, LaDesza Bloodline Botanika is not responsible for shipping delays, weather conditions, lost packages, carrier mishandling, or delivery issues that occur during transit.
We take every reasonable step to package products with care and ensure they leave our hands in the best condition possible. However, factors such as extreme heat, cold temperatures, storms, postal delays, and other weather-related conditions are beyond our control.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that weather and carrier conditions may impact delivery times and, in some cases, product appearance during transit.
If you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact the shipping carrier first. We will gladly assist when possible, but we cannot guarantee or control carrier operations once a package has been shipped.
Hair Service Policies
Booking & Deposits
To secure your appointment, a deposit equal to 50% of the service total is required at the time of booking.
The remaining balance is due when your appointment begins.
Appointments are not reserved until the deposit has been received.
Late Policy
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
A $15 late fee will be added if you arrive more than 15 minutes late.
If you are running behind, please communicate with me as soon as possible.
No-Call, No-Show Policy
If you fail to show up for your appointment without any communication, you will be charged the full service amount.
Future appointments may require payment in full at the time of booking.
After 3 no-call/no-shows, you may be temporarily banned from booking future appointments.
Consultation Requirement
Some services may require a consultation before booking.

This allows me to properly schedule your appointment and provide the best service possible.
Tender Headed Clients & Children
If you or your child are tender headed, please let me know before your appointment.
As a mom, I completely understand that some clients especially children may need extra patience, breaks, and additional time during their service.
I am happy to accommodate when I am informed in advance.
Additional Time Charges
If you do not inform me ahead of time that you or your child may require extra time, breaks, or special accommodations, and the appointment runs significantly over the scheduled time, an additional charge may be added.
Any extra time fees are the responsibility of the client and should be discussed at the time of booking whenever possible.
Communication
Communication is key.
If you need to reschedule, are running late, or have concerns about your hair, please reach out before your appointment.
My goal is to provide quality service while respecting both your time and mine.
